We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join a well-established, full-service advertising agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education and Financial Services.
This is a flexible role depending on your level — ideal for a strong SAE ready to step up, or a Junior AM looking for more ownership and progression.
You’ll work across a mix of integrated campaigns, partnering closely with clients and collaborating with teams across creative, media, strategy and performance.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as a key day‑to‑day contact for clients, building strong relationships
* Supporting (SAE) or leading (JAM) the delivery of integrated campaigns
* Managing timelines, budgets and internal resource to keep projects on track
* Working closely with creative, media and strategy teams to deliver high‑quality work
* Leading or contributing to client calls, presentations and reporting
* Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
* Supporting new business activity and contributing to pitches
What we’re looking for
* 1–4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role
* Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients
* Strong organisation and project management skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused
Nice to have
* Experience working with Financial Services or Higher Education clients
* Exposure to media, performance or integrated campaign delivery
* Marketing or business‑related degree
