Job Title: Document Controller
Type: 6 Month Contract – Inside IR35
An excellent opportunity for Document Controller to work for a leading renewable company.
You will be responsible for
Accurately maintain archives and databases for project documentation using the Internal and Customer Document Management Systems.
Receive, register and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation within pre-agreed timeframes.
Produce effective project document status reports and issue to internal and external customers.
Attend project meetings and report the status against plan for project documentation.
Ensure work is conducted in accordance with client and project requirements and all applicable internal procedures.
Identify improvement opportunities and work with the functional lead and project teams to implement improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Engineering Graduate, or equivalent knowledge or experience
Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages
Highly organized and motivated
