Based in Cambridge, you will need to be in the labs on a daily basis. Once everything is established and working well, there may be options for hybrid, but this would not be in the first 12-months. It will be essential is you have experience as an Operations Manager in a Lab and Office environment. I know it is common to only focus on one or the other, so this is a unique role.
