Job Purpose:
The HSEQ Deputy Lead supports the HSEQ Lead in delivering the islands Health, Safety, Environment and Quality programme. The role carries out inspections, maintains documentation, assists with investigations, and promotes safe working practices across all teams. The individual provides day-to-day compliance support, delivers training, and helps maintain a positive and proactive safety culture on the island.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the HSEQ Lead in delivering the islands Health, Safety, Environment and Quality programme.
2. Carry out routine inspections, checks and audits, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated.
3. Help maintain policies, procedures, risk assessments and safety documentation.
4. Assist with incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
