A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join a growing team at a leading international law firm.
In this pivotal role, you will be working as part of a dynamic team who implemented the roll out of the firm’s Global HR System which has become an invaluable tool for the business.
Duties will include:
* Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations and other relevant systems.
* Understand and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
* Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
* Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
* Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
Technical/Professional Experience required:
* SAP SuccessFactors (essential), ideally gained within the legal or wider professional services sector.
* Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Business Objectives, Power BI, or similar platforms to create dashboards and reports.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data.
