Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
* Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
* Provide therapy, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
* Support clients and families through education and practical strategies
* Contribute to professional development and quality initiatives
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration or eligibility to obtain
* HCPC registration and RCSLT membership (advantageous)
* Experience in healthcare or allied health settings (NDIS preferred)
* Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
* Experience in swallowing assessments highly regarded
