Job Title: Social Worker – Child Protection
Location: Bridgend
Rate: Up to £42 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers for a Child Protection team based in Bridgend.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of children, covering Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings, with the level in proceedings being open for discussion. You will attend to Section 47 enquiries, complete Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, including the Police and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families. Your responsibilities will also include completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and preparing Court reports and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you should have Social Care Wales registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, possess post-qualified experience, and have a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
