1. Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
2. Managing the classroom environment and ensuring students remain engaged and on task
3. Supporting pupils with their learning where required
4. Maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere
5. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders

6. Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
7. Confidence in leading a classroom
8. A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
9. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
