The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a diverse product range throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

13. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline
14. Build and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
15. Increase market coverage and grow the active customer base
16. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach
17. Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers
18. Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
19. Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
20. Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively

Skills & Experience

21. Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness
22. Technical background or aptitude
23. Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches
24. Strong negotiation and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
25. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
26. Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
27. Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
28. Full UK driving licence required
