What you’ll be doing:
* ➡️ Preparing accurate cost estimates for new build projects
* ➡️ Working closely with Commercial & Pre-Construction teams
* ➡️ Managing tender enquiries, subcontractor pricing and take-offs
* ➡️ Supporting the delivery of competitively priced, profitable projects
What they’re looking for:
* ✅ Estimating experience within construction (new build experience ideal)
* ✅ Strong commercial awareness & attention to detail
* ✅ Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* ✅ Confident working as part of a collaborative team
