We are looking for an outstanding Early Years Practitioner to join our unique nursery setting in Wales — where outdoor education and meaningful play are at the heart of everything we do.
This is not a "sit at a table all day" nursery role.
Our children climb, explore, build, investigate, question and create — in all seasons.
And we need someone who thrives in that environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Welsh Early Years framework
* Planning engaging, child-led learning experiences (indoors & outdoors)
* Supporting children's independence, resilience and curiosity
* Observing and tracking development
* Building strong relationships with families
* Being part of a positive, forward-thinking team
You'll Be Perfect For This If You:
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
* Have solid knowledge of early years practice in Wales
* Are confident working outdoors in all weather
* Are energetic, warm and reliable
* Love being part of a supportive team
* Welsh language skills are advantageous
