Commercial Manager | West Midlands| £57,000 + Excellent Benefits
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading and growing housing association that’s investing in strategic supply chain transformation. This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid working model.
The Role
As Commercial Manager, you’ll lead on:
* Developing and implementing long-term materials strategies across a large-scale maintenance operation
* Managing supplier relationships, purchasing activity, and waste disposal partnerships
* Influencing high-value procurement decisions (up to £1M annually)
* Using data insight to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and inform future investment
* Supporting continuous improvement and a seamless internal buying experience
This is an autonomous, impact-driven position with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
1. Strategic experience in supply chain or commercial procurement
2. Knowledge of building materials in housing or construction is essential
3. Qualifications in supply chain or procurement (e.g., HNC/HND, CIPS)
4. Strong financial and project management skills
