We have a superb opportunity available for you here, if you have 3-4 years plus commercial broking new business experience to join a rapidly growing commercial insurance broker in Dartford. They are very much a client-first broker, with a no‑ego culture, where ownership is encouraged and your contribution truly matters to the business. They visit all their clients here, it is one of their USP's, and they are now looking for a new business focused Commercial Account Executive to join them, to come on board to build a book of business to continue the success story of growth here.
Currently this Broker are very Construction focused, dealing with Waste Management, Ground Works, Civil Engineering, Haulage, Logistics and Transport client, and risk wise traditionally dealing with CAR, Property, PI, EL, PL and Fleet. However, they are open on what your specialism is and are happy to hear from you if you have a proven track record of new business production across any market within commercial lines.
Your role will focus on developing new business, and you will be required to regularly go out and meet all your clients to open up new clients as well as continue to develop ongoing relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a genuine business developer who thrives in a service led target-driven environment looking to be financially rewarded for your success.
As above you will need a minimum of 3-4 years’ commercial broking sales/new business experience, and looking to join a broker who want to reward you well for doing the best job you can.
Salary on offer is £60-£80,000 + Car allowance of £5k, plus excellent bonus potential and office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However this broker does have an ethos of getting the job done where everyone mucks in to continue to drive the business forward for the benefit of everyone who works for them!
