Join the Children’s Residential Care Worker role at Esland in Annadales - Stevenage, Stevenage, United Kingdom.

Compensation: £31,918 - £32,540 / year
Hours and Pay
Hours: 173 hours per month, long shift working 8am-11pm (with sleep nights). This is a 365 day a year service with rotas issued in advance.
Pay rate: £31,917.60 to £32,540.40 per year (based on a pay rate of £12.60 to £12.90 per hour) and undertaking 8 sleeps per month on average. Opportunities to pick up extra shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate.
Responsibilities
* Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care for young people.
* Deliver high-quality residential care and facilitate recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests (e.g., cinema, swimming and sports).
* Support children to achieve positive outcomes and develop skills in a nurturing environment.
* Work within a three-bedroom home setting to support daily routines and care plans.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21 and have the right to work in the UK.
* Esland cannot offer sponsorship.
