Job Description


This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ

You will be joining our Retail Support team who look after all of our stores nationally, across all brands. This team is ultimately responsible for all stores stocktake results being accurate and investigated, ensuring all stores across the business have completed the required types of audit per stocktake period.

This is an entry level position suitable for anybody looking to kickstart a career or someone who has 1-2 years experience working in Retail.

* Analyse multiple audits to a high level in a fast paced environment
* Monitor additional daily audits with relation to theft, stock correction or those requested by the business
* Monitor and report on the highest audit discrepancies for multiple brands to your line manager
* Highlight any concerns found with employee theft from investigation of an audit to your line manager
* Ensure any complaints of stock are resolved before audits take place efficiently and effectively
* Investigate any company implications which may influence an audit result
* Work closely with area and regional managers, loss prevention, buying, warehouse and retail daily with relation to stock
* Ensure admin reports assigned to you from your line manager are up to date to ensure a smooth stocktake process

You would be required to work full-time (40 hours per week) 9am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 5pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven individual to help make an impact on the companies audits and increase the growth of the team and the business.



Qualifications

* Experience working in Retail is essential
* Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview
* Must have a critical eye for detail
* Proven ability to solve problems creatively
* Able to work well under pressure and on own initiative
* Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales
* Strong organisational skills whilst being able to prioritise work accordingly
* Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages – must have a good level of understanding in Excel - formulas, pivot tables etc
* Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
* Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers
* Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient
