Description
* Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Respond to supplier queries and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
* Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit purposes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
* A strong knowledge of processing high volumes of invoices.
