A good working knowledge of employment law, and attention to detail is verynecessary.Key day-to-day job tasks:Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations and issuesincluding disciplinary, grievances and performance management.Providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.Carrying out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.Managing transition, and integration of acquisitions including restructuring whereapplicable.Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual team performance.Contributing to implementation of new HRIS.Implementing and managing the benefits platform.Drafting people policies, and updating Staff Handbook.Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and wellness referrals.Managing sickness, maternity, and staff absence.Recruiting and selection of new team members.Managing occupational health and safetyWork mode option: Hybrid/Remote/Onsite.Terms: Full-time, PermanentSalary/Rate: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary per year.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00Address: BirminghamMinimum Educational Requirement: BA Degree.Work Experience: Minimum 3 Years in people management.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their chance to work within asupportive team and to contribute to this innovative growing business.
