About the Role We're looking for a strategic, experienced and innovative Senior Brand Manager to join Pilgrim's Europe and play a leading role in shaping the future of Richmond — one of the UK's most iconic and trusted food brands. This is a pivotal role within our Marketing team, where you'll support the Head of Brand and take ownership of the core brand strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for driving long-term brand growth while delivering bold, insight-led campaigns that resonate with consumers and deliver strong commercial results. Key Responsibilities Shape and deliver the core brand strategy for Richmond, aligned to business growth objectives Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan, ensuring clear commercial outcomes Own the end-to-end marketing mix, including ATL, digital, shopper, social and partnerships Collaborate with the Innovation team to deliver impactful new product launches from concept to market Manage and develop an Assistant Brand Manager, while mentoring the wider brand team Work cross-functionally with Category, Sales, R&D, Finance and agency partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life Monitor and analyse brand performance, identifying opportunities and making data-led decisions Manage external agency partners across creative, media, research and content About You We're looking for a confident and forward-thinking brand leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
