We’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader who can influence at the highest level and drive performance across our Franchise and Owned Store channels. This is a high‑profile role with real impact, shaping decisions in our biggest market and helping us deliver long‑term value across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and leading a strong financial and risk management framework for Franchise and Owned Stores
* Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, shaping commercial strategy and investment decisions
* Driving overhead cost‑saving initiatives across stores and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
* Supporting Franchise partners with performance optimisation, including cashflow modelling and scenario planning
* Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives performance and informs decision‑making


What You’ll Bring

* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles
* Confidence working with large, complex data sets and identifying key drivers of performance
* The ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
* A track record of adding value through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑project delivery
