Salary: A GBP 72,311 per annum + benefits

The Role
As their Head of Data and Insights you will play a critical role in advancing the organisations mission by unlocking the full potential of the data and intelligence they hold.
Theyre looking for a strategic, hands:on leader to shape how they understand and respond to the growing and evolving threats which children and young people face online. Youll lead a small quality assurance and data team to transform the organisation unique data into powerful insights that shape policy, influence dialogue, and drive strategic decision:making.
You will have responsibility for the quality and integrity of the organisations data, working with the QA and Data team to develop analytics, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in all aspects of the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis, ensuring good data governance and data literacy across the organisation. This includes embedding a culture of data excellence across teams. Your leadership will help ensure their insights are trusted, actionable, and aligned with their mission to protect children and make the internet safer.
