Overview
Our client are a global professional services organisation and have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to lead major learning initiatives and drive talent development across the business. This strategic role is suited to a proven L&D professional seeking impact, growth, and exposure to senior stakeholders within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this role you will work closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify development needs, designing blended learning experiences that enable skill-building, behavioural change and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and roll-out of innovative learning programmes from concept to delivery and evaluation that support organisational goals and professional growth.
* Source and manage external providers for specialist and expert-level development, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
* Guide and support the administration of training and learning events with a team skilled in delivery logistics.
* Deliver some select training sessions and facilitate development workshops.
* Advise HR Business Partners, sponsors and employees on individual and team development solutions, learning pathways and career development options.
* Champion communications for L&D, ensuring programmes are well-publicised and fully engaged by the business.
* Collect and analyse feedback, continuously evolving the design and implementation of learning experiences.
* Contribute to wider talent development, change and people projects as part of the HR team.
Applicants MUST have:
* Extensive, progressive experience in L&D advisory or programme design (professional services preferred)
* Professional services experience ideally an international firm
