About the Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to full classes during a teacher’s absence
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
* Support pupils individually or in small groups through targeted intervention and revision
* Collaborate with teaching staff to meet pupil needs, including SEN support
* Provide feedback on student engagement and progress
* Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment

* Maths

* Science
* Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
* Languages
* Art & Design
* Psychology or Social Sciences
* Sport & Physical Activity

Candidate Requirements:
* A degree (minimum 2:2)
* A passion for working with young people and education
* Experience with young people (in any setting) is advantageous
* Two professional references from the past two years
* Willingness to complete CPD training
