The Old School House Nursery is excited to welcome a qualified educator to our dedicated team. Our nursery blends the knowledge of highly skilled and passionate educators who are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, alongside abundant outdoor space that supports a holistic approach to early years care and education.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned nursery educators seeking a new challenge or newly qualified practitioners eager to find their next position. You will be working in one of our three rooms: The Nest, catering to either 2 to 3-year-olds or preschoolers, to provide outstanding early childhood education. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety, well-being and happiness. As a vital member of our nursery team, you will create engaging, child-centred learning experiences that embody the essence of the Reggio Emilia approach.

Together, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of early childhood education within our innovative, Reggio Emilia-inspired nursery.
What You’ll Receive
* A competitive salary of £26,208.00 per annum (FTE) / £12.60 per hour.
* A healthy work-life balance, with flexible full and part-time options available, including 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (with one day off each week) or other arrangements that suit you. Work hours range from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

You Will Be
* Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Early Years Educator, CACHE Level 2 or equivalent).
* Experienced in an early years setting, with a passion for child-led, creative learning.
* Committed to understanding the Reggio Emilia approach in early childhood education.
* Patient, creative, and enthusiastic, capable of forming strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
