The Assistance Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
1. Salary: 37 000 € (gross) per year
2. Location: Spain
3. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM (staggered shifts)

We need experienced nurses like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.
We are looking for Assistance Nurses to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
10. Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
11. Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
12. Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
13. Collaborate globally – liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression
About you:
14. Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience
15. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
17. Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable
18. Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required.
