The Role: This isn't a traditional "call centre" role. It is a foundational technical position designed to transition top-tier STEM talent into the software industry. As a Graduate Technical Support Analyst, you will act as the face of the company, serving as the primary bridge between global clients and internal engineering teams. You will move beyond simple troubleshooting to perform deep-dive analysis on system configurations and software performance. Your core responsibilities will include: Technical Consultancy: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, advising them on how to best utilise and configure complex software products. Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and diagnosing software issues, utilising your mathematical and logical skills to find efficient workarounds. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with Developers, Test Engineers, and Technical Business Analysts to ensure bugs are fixed and systems are re-engineered to meet client needs. Product Mastery: Becoming a subject matter expert in cutting-edge technology to guide clients on industry best practices. This analytical position will utilise your mathematical, logical and problem-solving skills, along with your passion for working with cutting-edge technology. They provide a highly structured training programme that balances early responsibility with a supportive mentorship network, ensuring you become a product expert within your first year. You Will Need: A 2:1 (or equivalent) or above in engineering, maths, physics, computer science or related degree Minimum of ABB (or equivalent) at A-level, with at least a Grad e B in Mathematics A genuine desire to build a career in the software industry and a passion for solving problems.
