We’re looking for a Planner to join our Asset team within the Asset Management business area. This is a key role in ensuring property repairs, compliance requirements and kitchen/bathroom projects are managed efficiently and delivered to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with the other planners, Delivery Managers and Assistant Managers to support a team of skilled operatives, helping us deliver excellent customer service and high-quality works.
As a Planner, you’ll be responsible for programming works effectively, ensuring operatives are organised and productive, and that customers receive the best possible service. You will be the key link between operatives, residents, contractors and internal teams ensuring a timely completion of works.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan and schedule daily workloads, ensuring the right people and materials are in place.
* Monitor and manage follow‑on cases to meet customer‑driven outcomes within agreed timescales.
* Use data effectively to drive performance and maintain accurate records in systems such as DRS, CRM, and Keystone.
* Collaborate with your team to resolve escalated queries and non‑standard issues.
* Identify risks and implement mitigations, escalating where necessary.
* Champion continuous improvement and embrace change to enhance service delivery.
* Keep up to date with lessons learned from incidents and near misses.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong planning skills and experience.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve excellent results.
* Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
* Ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to wider service delivery.
* Strong ICT skills and experience with relevant systems.
