Location: 12 Kirk Street, Peterhead, AB42 1RX
Salary: £22,932 per annum pro rata (£12.60 per hour)
Hours: 21 per week
Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

A day in the life of a Shop Assistant will involve:
* Assisting the shop manager to run a customer-focused shop that is the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street.
* Creating a welcoming shopping environment and providing excellent customer service.
* Working confidently on the shop floor, handling customer interactions, operating the till, and creating displays.
* Sorting stock and preparing items for display behind the scenes.
To be a successful Shop Assistant, you’ll need:
* Previous retail experience and confidence handling money.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to meet targets.
* The ability to anticipate customer needs and provide delightful service.
