Marketing Executive (Graphic Design/Channel Management)
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our research and marketing team at Sadel Group, with a particular focus on graphic design, video editing and channel management.
About Us
Sadel is a Luxembourg based family office interested in pan-European investments in traditional Real Estate and Operational Real Estate. The primary focus is logistics, the food supply chain, IOS, green energy and other actively operated real estate investments.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a background in marketing, digital media or graphic design. A strong understanding of PPC advertising, SEO, and digital campaign management is highly desirable. We welcome applicants with graduate or postgraduate education or equivalent industry experience.
Core Responsibilities
* Graphic Design & Content Creation – Design high-quality visuals for social media, web, presentations, and marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Animation and Video – Animation (Adobe After Effects) and Video Editing (Adobe Rush, Express and Premiere).
* PPC & Digital Advertising – Assist in managing Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid marketing campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
* SEO & Website Content – Support website updates, keyword research, and on-page SEO/AI strategies to improve search rankings and AI performance.
* Email Marketing & CRM Management – Assist in creating and managing email campaigns and audience segmentation using HubSpot or similar platforms.
* Market & Competitor Research – Conduct research into market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform digital marketing strategies and support department projects.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting – Analyse campaign data and create reports to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
* Self-motivated & proactive – Able to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
* Knowledge of PPC platforms – Some experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
* Graphic Design Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
* Excellent communication skills – Ability to write clear and compelling marketing copy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience with CRM systems (especially HubSpot).
* Experience in Logistics, Storage, or Food Manufacturing sectors.
* Experience with data mapping software (ArcGIS or similar).
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Language skills (French, German, Dutch, Spanish) will be a significant advantage.
