Role Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure our care home environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Your role is vital in promoting the wellbeing of our residents through maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Main Duties include:
* Cleaning all areas of the care home to high standards according to guidelines and schedules.
* Respecting residents' privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
* Following health & safety regulations, COSHH, fire safety, and infection control policies.
* Ensuring equipment is safe and reporting faults promptly.
* Managing housekeeping supplies and reporting shortages.
* Spot cleaning spills and maintaining a clean environment proactively.
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
