Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver holistic care to residents, including personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, infection control, dementia and end-of-life care, and managing equipment and supplies.
* Collaborate with volunteers, wellbeing coordinators, and therapy teams to promote meaningful activities.
* Build relationships with residents and stakeholders, including key workers.
* Assist with nutrition, serving drinks, and supporting eating and drinking.
* Maintain accurate records related to care and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in handovers, team meetings, and supervision sessions.

* Ability to write notes and messages; strong numeracy, literacy, and verbal skills.

Qualifications and Additional Skills:
* Level 2 in Care or equivalent; Level 3 for senior roles.
* Effective personal care skills with dignity.
* GCSEs in maths and English or equivalent.
* Proficient in IT, Word, and Email.
* Understanding of older adults’ needs and dementia.
* Experience in care settings, knowledge of first aid, manual handling, and hygiene practices.
* Familiarity with CQC standards and the Mental Capacity Act; training provided.
Salary: £12.43 per hour plus applicable enhancements.
Hours: Full-time and part-time roles, including alternate weekends.
