We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of this passionate team. Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with dedicated educators to help bring the curriculum to life. You’ll support the delivery of engaging learning experiences that break down barriers and unlock each learner’s unique potential. This includes: Assisting in the implementation of planned lessons and adapting activities based on pupils’ needs and responses. Providing individual and small group support to promote academic progress and emotional well-being. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment. What We’re Looking For: Relevant qualifications are advantageous Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not required. Transferable skills from care or support roles are welcomed. A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their best. A strong understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
