A leading utilities provider in Manchester are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their digital transformation programme. This is a day-rate contract position working outside IR35, working on high-impact initiatives that modernise customer experience, operational processes and digital systems.
Responsibilities of the Contract Digital Transformation Business Analyst (Utilities)
* Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
* Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and process flows
* Support end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to implementation
* Partner closely with development, UX and project teams to implement requirements
Requirements for the Contract Digital Transformation Business Analyst (Utilities)
* Extensive BA experience on a wide range of digital transformation initiatives
* Strong experience within utilities, energy or related sectors
* Skilled in creating detailed requirements documentation, process maps and user stories
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and digital customer engagement platforms
The role is a 6 month initial contract paying £450-500/d outside IR35, working in Manchester 2-3 days per week on a hybrid basis. Interviews are due to be scheduled for W/C 6th October, so please apply online now for immediate consideration.
