We’re looking for a General Manager for a fantastic community pub in Long Eaton. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Eaton Farm is a popular community carvery located in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
Set in a great location surrounded by residential areas, the pub functions via a large, one-room operation that offers a popular carvery as well as a Marston's Community menu.
The pub benefits from a good bar space as well as a large play area meaning the pub is very popular with a family demographic whilst still attracting a diverse age range, and is popular for occasion dining and large parties.
The pub is performing well and achieving weekly sales of around £30,000 split 70/30 in favour of food. Opportunity lies in being able to drive local activity and wet trade, as well as building strong local ties within the community.
There is a full senior team in place including 2 Assistant Managers, a Head Chef and 3 Supervisors. Please note – this is currently a live‑out position.
