Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Nursing Home Nurse to join a wonderful nursing home in Dorchester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for residents
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Monitoring and recording patient progress and changes
4. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
7. Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
8. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
2. Strong clinical and assessment skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
5. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
6. Good organizational and time-management skills
7. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred
