We are looking for a Bids and Tenders Executive to join our Commercial Team.

MainResponsibilities
The Bids and Tenders Executive will be a key member of the Bids and Tenders team. In this role, you will support bid submissions, coordinate inputs and help manage deadlines to allow us to continue to develop bid-winning strategies.
As the Bid Manager and Tender Executive, you will be required to support the writing of effective proposals while adhering to Tender and Request for Proposal time constraints. Measures of success include win rate, revenue secured, bid margin, customer retention rates, bids submitted and achievement of internal KPIs
• To provide support to the Bids and Tenders Manager to meet business requirements.
• To provide excellent customer service to the business managers actively involved in the Bids & Tender process.
• To Provide support to the continuous improvement policies.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the account base to meet and exceed business expectations.
• To be highly proactive and engaging in all elements of the Bids and Tenders Executive role
Working as part of a high performing B&T Team, your responsibilities will involve working closely with the Bids, Tenders and Contracts Manager to ensure business growth is supported, organised and maintained by:
* Supporting Bid Preparation:
o Assisting in the preparation and organisation of bid documents.
o Conducting preliminary research on key online sites and summarising findings.
* Managing Deadlines:
o Tracking and managing deadlines for bid submissions.
o Ensuring timely collection of inputs from various stakeholders.
* In coordination with the BTM, requesting and coordinating inputs from sales, operational teams, finance, quality, and HR.
* Compiling and organising information for bid proposals.
* Document Management:
o Maintaining records of all tender submissions and contracts.
o Ensuring the security and integrity of company databases.
* Communication:
o Liaising with internal/external stakeholders as required.
o Assisting in the coordination of presentations.
* Quality Assurance:
o Reviewing bid documents for compliance and completeness.
o Assisting in the preparation and review of the commercial aspects of bids.
o Assist with PV QA requests.
* Assisting in the implementation of improvements based on feedback.
* Administrative Support:
o Performing general administrative tasks to support the bid process.
o Upkeep of the company bid library.
o Managing contract renewal schedules and databases.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
* Excellent healthcare industry and market knowledge
* Proven experience as a bid writer is advantageous
* Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
* Understanding of the UK NHS across the 4 nations
* Homecare experience not essential
* Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market
* Ability to apply understanding of NHS environment, threats, challenges, and opportunities to a variety of customer needs
* Demonstrable customer relationship management skills
* Excellent communicator; orally and in writing
