We have a dedicated team working with adults with autism and other associated conditions, young people with autism in transition and individuals who require sign posting and support to promote their independence.
You will be supported by an excellent team manager, who is extremely knowledgeable and skills at working with individuals with complex needs, and an Advanced Practitioner who will provide you with regular supervision, caseload support and management oversight.
