We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a leading legal firm across the Channel Islands. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include supporting salary reviews, bonus recommendations, and secondments, conducting HR inductions, and managing parental leave and retirement discussions. The successful candidate will also oversee student schemes and training initiatives and focus on continuous improvement to enhance processes. Additionally, they will provide HR reporting support and assist during the Relationship Manager’s absence.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in an HR advisory role, with experience in a law firm or professional services environment being essential. They should be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also crucial. A proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail will also be key to success in this role.
