Due to the expansion of our Nursery at Acomb, we are looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the leadership team within our Preschool Room in providing exceptional childcare within our Nursery. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress from the Practitioner level (min. Level 3) or a Deputy Room Leader role.
About The Role
As a Room Leader at Muddy Boots, you will lead a team to ensure that all children receive high-quality care and support, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual learning needs, all whilst having a tonne of fun every day!

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* A relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3 min.)
* Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential)
* Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)

About Muddy Boots Nursery
Since opening our doors in January 2012, with only a few team members and a handful of children, we have continually worked to build day nurseries with a strong family ethos and home-from-home feel, which have now been enjoyed by over 1000 families and counting.
