About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our talented team, working from our Central region and based at our head office in Solihull on a permanent basis.
The role involves coordinating and administering all aspects of the legal process of house sales, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting key targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a monthly budget and forecast
* Collaborating with legal and financial representatives to ensure a smooth sales process
* Engaging with estate agents for up-to-date information
* Delivering sales contracts within prescribed timescales
* Reporting on progress against forecasts
* Participating in weekly management meetings
* Working closely with the Sales team
About You
* Knowledge of the legal process of house sales
* Experience with legal terminology
* Proven ability to work with various stakeholders
* Strong planning skills and attention to detail
* Organized, methodical, and able to meet strict deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
