About the role:
Collaborating with colleagues to develop cohesive teaching objectives that align with school curriculum standards and student needs.
Incorporating diverse instructional strategies to cater to various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
Implementing formative assessments and feedback mechanisms to gauge student understanding and inform instructional adjustments.
Utilising technology and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences and engagement
Cultivating a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance practices and stay informed about educational trends and best practices
Plan, mark and deliver lessons to a class of students while using different teaching techniques to keep the students engaged and motivated to learn
The ideal candidate will:
Have recent experience in teaching secondary schools
Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply
Be a committed team player
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
Able to commute to Stoke Mandeville and the surrounding areas
