The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing medical products with accuracy and care.
* Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and healthcare providers.
* Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
* Using scanning systems and paperwork to complete orders.
* Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products.
* Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
