Join our team to deliver outstanding service to customers addressing formal complaints about BMW products or services. Based on our client’s site, you'll collaborate with BMW colleagues and retailers to ensure top-tier service.

* Salary - £26,000

* Location –Summit ONE, Summit Ave, Farnborough GU14 0FB

* Permanent role – contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm Saturday. No Sundays!

* Full time training & support provided.

Key Responsibilities.

* Manage and resolve BMW customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.

* Investigate and resolve issues swiftly, meeting both customer and BMW needs.

* Own each customer case, coordinating with BMW contacts and retailers.

* Communicate professionally with BMW retailers and departments for timely resolutions.

* Escalate unresolved complaints to specialist services or the BMW network as needed.

* Adhere to internal policies for proper administration.

* Build customer loyalty through trust and positive relationships.

* Maintain deep knowledge of the BMW brand, products, and policies.

* Act as a passionate brand ambassador, providing a memorable customer support experience.

Skills to succeed:

* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally within a contact centre or complaints-handling environment

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Competence in English and Mathematics: A minimum standard of proficiency in English and maths, equivalent to at least a basic secondary education level (e.g. GCSE Grade 4 (C) or equivalent). This includes the ability to communicate effectively in written & spoken English and to demonstrate basic numeracy skills

* Expert objection handling negotiation and interpersonal skills
