Head of Oracle Technologies at Next Ventures
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Integration Consultant to support the design and implementation of Onesource tax integrations. This role will focus on building, configuring, and optimizing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Thomson Reuters Onesource.
You do not need to be a Onesource expert, but prior exposure to its integration processes and tax data requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and configuration of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Onesource Tax.
* Collaborate with tax and finance teams to determine what data Onesource needs to access from Oracle.
* Define and manage interface points, data mapping, and integration architecture.
* Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and validation of end-to-end tax calculation flows.
* Work with Oracle Cloud functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
* Provide documentation of the integration setup, configurations, and best practices.
* Assist with issue resolution and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years’ experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, Procurement, or Tax modules preferred).
* Proven experience building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
* Hands-on experience with tax integrations (preferably Onesource or similar tax engines such as Vertex, Avalara, etc.).
* Strong understanding of data structures, web services (SOAP/REST APIs), and Oracle integration tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience working directly with Thomson Reuters Onesource.
* Knowledge of tax determination logic and global indirect tax compliance.
* Oracle certification(s) in Cloud ERP or Integration Cloud.
* Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
