Job Description
Manpower Recruitment are looking for Sous Chef on a Full Time, Permanent basis located in Oxford, with in an established restaurant setting, working between two restaurant settings, close by.
The role will be working 5/7 days and weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays will be required.
The role is paying £38000pa.
Experience with Fresh products is essential. As Sous Chef you are a vital part of our brigade and will support the Head Chef. Spending your days serving delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills.
We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
Sous Chef responsibilities include:

* Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
