My client are a leading global investment management firm, trusted by clients across retail and institutional markets. They manage a diverse range of assets with a strong international presence and a focus on helping clients achieve long‑term financial goals. Due to parental leave, we are recruiting for the job of Marketing Automation Manager to join the team on a 6 month contract, working hybrid from their offices in Henley. This role is inside IR35.
Your new role
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will focus on designing and deploying automated nurture programmes in Marketing Cloud (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration across digital channels, and continuously optimising performance through data‑driven insights. Collaboration across EMEA and North America will be key, alongside championing innovation and best practice to deliver impactful client journeys and measurable business results. You will build, test and deploy targeted, personalised and scalable nurture programmes to educate, inspire and support the organisation's B2B clients and improve their digital experience and buying journey. You will use a test-and-learn approach and lead-scoring models to create automations that support the campaign teams and deliver great digital experiences.
