• Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
• Preparing quotes and processing orders
• Using PC systems, including Excel, Word, and internal management systems
• Supporting operational staff and helping resolve day-to-day issues
• Keeping records accurate and up to date
• Providing general office and administrative support
• Being a friendly, professional first point of contact for customers

What We’re Looking For
• Confident PC user (Excel, Word & general systems experience)
• Friendly, professional phone manner
• Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
• Happy, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous admin or office experience is helpful, but not essential – full training providedCore skills required
