Main duties of the job

Are you a dedicated nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in people's lives? We're seeking motivated and compassionate team players to deliver high-quality, holistic care within the community as part of our dynamic Rochdale Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.

In this role, you'll take charge of assessing patients' care needs, developing and evaluating personalised care plans, and providing exceptional nursing support--all within a diverse and engaging environment. Your expertise will help patients stay comfortable and cared for in their own homes, with a special focus on palliative and end-of-life care.

* Experience in managing complex cases, including wound care, palliative care, and clinical interventions

This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as an Registered Nurse in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.

The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely. Person Specification


Qualifications

* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Evidence of continued professional development
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Nursing degree or equivalent


Knowledge & Skills

* Clinical knowledge of diabetes, palliative care, wound care
* Ability to plan and organise own work
* Works well within a team
* V150 prescribing

* Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
* Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
