What youll be doing Transfer and embed manufacturing best practice from the European parent site
Act as theManufacturing Engineering leadon the shopfloor
Develop and ownAIT processesfor a critical vehicle build programme
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, line balancing, and problem solving
Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, safety, and waste
ProvideDesign for Manufacture (DFM)input and manage engineering changes
Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and balance charts
Support cross-functional delivery across engineering, quality, and operations
Ensure full compliance with EHS and quality standards
What were looking for Higher-level qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar
Proven experience inlean, complex assembly or engineering environments
Background in a Manufacturing Engineer or closely related role
Strong understanding ofengineering change control
Experience withSAP planning(training available)
Ability to structure and manage BOMs from drawing through to manufacture
Comfortable operating incomplex, multi-disciplinary organisations
