Health Club Assistant Manager
We are currently recruiting for a an Assistant Club Manager position for a 5* Leisure Management company operating high-end luxury residential developments across London. If you are an Operations manager ready to step up this is a great opportunity.
This facility based in South West London hosts a Gym with unrivalled top of the range equipment, a stunning Swimming Pool with a Sauna/ Spa, Studios and Personal Training.
As the Assistant Club Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Club Manager on the day to day operation, managing the lifeguard and duty manager team, driving the quality of standards and programme on offer whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional levels of customer service to all residents and their guests. This contract is a Full time position.
Skills and Experience:
1. Management experience in health club environment
2. Experience managing a lifeguard or wetside team
3. A strong understanding for 5* customer service and standards
4. Experience of supporting Club operations within the Leisure
5. Ability to lead and motivate team members
6. Good standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
