About the role
As a Senior Manager in the Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) Strategy and Controls team, you will lead efforts to design and improve controls to prevent financial crime, including AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, and Fraud. You will oversee a team of risk specialists, ensuring controls are effective and aligned with regulatory expectations, while collaborating across divisions to enhance the ECP framework.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement risk-sensitive controls across ECP domains.
* Enhance the ECP control framework in line with strategic goals.
* Oversee governance and reporting, including MI dashboards and escalations.
* Develop and clarify roles for Accountable and Nominated Senior Managers.
* Promote a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and partner management skills.
* Deep technical knowledge in AML, Sanctions, and Fraud.
* Strategic thinking and ability to translate risk landscapes into controls.
* Ability to influence across business and regulatory interfaces.
